I am honored to serve the wonderful ALLIES family as the principal, and I'm looking forward to building collaborative partnerships with the ALLIES community. I hold a bachelor's degree in Language Arts Education, and have also received two master's degrees in Special Education and Educational Leadership. I have over 15 years of experience in education and educational leadership. The majority of this time has been in Special Education, interventions, and language arts. I previously served as an Assistant Principal at Vista Ridge High School right here in the D49 POWER Zone.

I have an amazing husband, Dan, and we have two awesome children, ages 10 and 7. As a family, we love to travel to new places, discover new recipes to try at home, and spend time outdoors in beautiful Colorado! I love to cheer my kids on at hockey and golf, and we attend sporting events as much as we can.

Hello ALLIES Families!

My name is Nicole Blanc, and I am honored to serve as the Dean of Students here at ALLIES. In my role, I have the privilege of supporting students in many different ways—helping them grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Elementary education has been my passion since I began my journey in 2004. I spent many years teaching fifth and second grade at Stetson Elementary before serving as a dean at Rocky Mountain Classical Academy. I truly value the lasting relationships I built in those roles, and I’m thrilled to continue building meaningful connections here at ALLIES.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from Mesa State College (now Colorado Mesa University) in Grand Junction and my master’s degree from the University of Phoenix.

I have been married for 25 years, and we have two wonderful daughters and two dogs who keep life lively. My husband and daughters are passionate about basketball, so you can often find me in the stands cheering them on.

I am so excited to be part of the ALLIES family, and I look forward to working together to help our students thrive!
